Role purpose
Support employer registration, data entry, compliance monitoring, and operational process improvement for a pension and social security authority.
Resolve routine operational cases, support service delivery, and work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Core responsibilities
- Support registration and onboarding of employers and self-employed individuals in pension authority systems.
- Verify employer documents, resolve routine discrepancies, and guide employers through registration procedures.
- Monitor compliance with authority policies and assist with routine non-compliance cases.
- Maintain accurate registration, compliance, and audit records.
- Prepare routine reports on registration activity, operational performance, and compliance status.
- Update internal systems with accurate employer and operational information.
- Coordinate with employers and internal teams to resolve routine issues and streamline workflows.
- Support the employer digital portal with basic troubleshooting and accurate information.
- Set annual performance goals, identify training needs, and maintain professional knowledge.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
