Job Purpose

Analyze, gather, and document business requirements for systems, platforms, and digital solutions.

Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to align deliverables with organizational objectives and user needs.

Support process improvement, project implementation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

  • Analyze business needs to identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and digital solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders through interviews, surveys, workshops, and focus groups to capture requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into prioritized actionable specifications.
  • Evaluate workflows and systems for inefficiencies, bottlenecks, automation, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure deliverables align with organizational priorities, timelines, and available resources.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Synthesize stakeholder feedback into requirement specifications balancing business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Communicate project progress, enhancements, issue resolutions, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans for stakeholder concerns and expectations.

Documentation and Process Mapping

  • Develop specifications, user stories, and process maps for technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create user manuals, training materials, and end-user documentation.
  • Prepare scope definitions, prioritization matrices, and project planning artifacts.
  • Participate in design sessions and review prototypes, mock-ups, and system designs.
  • Support system and platform integration in line with enterprise standards.

Insights and Recommendations

  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide recommendations based on stakeholder feedback, performance metrics, and operational analysis.
  • Support strategic roadmaps and enterprise-wide initiatives with business analysis expertise.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of business analysis experience focused on enterprise applications.
  • Eligibility for this position is restricted to UAE Nationals only.
