Role Purpose

  • As a Revenue Strategy Lead you are a senior individual contributor responsible for driving predictable, governed, and scalable revenue performance across Apex's global sales and CRM organizations.
  • Acting as the strategic operating partner to Sales Leadership, Country Heads, and CRM, this role ensures commercial execution is aligned to global strategy while optimized for local market realities.
  • The position blends revenue strategy, operating rigor, forecasting discipline, and performance governance, functioning as the de facto operating leader for the commercial engine without direct P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global and regional sales leadership to translate revenue strategy into territory level execution plans
  • Drive consistent operating cadence across regions (weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, quarterly planning)
  • Ensure alignment between global revenue priorities and local market execution
  • Own revenue forecasting discipline in partnership with Sales and CRM
  • Ensure forecast accuracy, transparency, and accountability across regions
  • Implement and enforce governance standards for pipeline hygiene, deal progression, and stage discipline
  • Act as senior commercial advisor to Country and Regional Heads
  • Diagnose performance gaps and drive corrective actions across pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity
  • Support strategic account prioritization and resource deployment decisions
  • Work closely with CRM leadership to ensure systems, data, and processes support sales execution
  • Ensure CRM insights are translated into actionable commercial decisions
  • Champion adoption of standard sales processes while accommodating local nuances
