Overview

The Head of Sales KSA will be responsible for leading and scaling the sales function across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role will define and execute the country s sales strategy, drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and develop a high-performing sales organization aligned with the company s regional and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the KSA sales strategy in alignment with overall business and regional growth objectives.
  • Own revenue creation responsibility for the KSA market across the prospective and client book, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
  • Lead complex, high-value negotiations and close strategic enterprise-level deals with senior decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and government or semi-government stakeholders where applicable.
  • Establish and scale a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and regulatory developments within KSA to inform strategic decisions.
  • Representing the company at key industry events, conferences, and executive-level client engagements within the Kingdom.
  • Develop and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Drive adherence to company policies, governance standards, and ethical sales practices.
