Responsibilities
- Manage and control daily flight capacity for both freighters and passenger aircraft
- Adjust capacity forecasts and set optimal overbooking levels through the live flight window
- Prioritize shipments based on nature of goods, shipment contribution, and OBPL
- Evaluate and implement recovery options during operational disruptions
- Optimize gateway usage and collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales
- Evaluate and respond to capacity requests from EY Network beyond AUH
- Manage truck schedules and adjust truck requests as needed
- Analyze and provide recommendations to Network Planning on adhoc freighters and capacity changes
- Coordinate with Operation Control for short term aircraft changes
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 routes / 20 daily flights, developing revenue optimization strategy
- Define and maintain entry conditions in RM system to balance demand and capacity
- Determine allocation strategy and evaluate allocation requests during seasonal reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 3 years of airline cargo experience or related experience
- Strong analytical skills and decision making skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience with a reputable airline preferred

Synopsis
- The Revenue Management Cargo Analyst optimizes revenue and contribution by developing strategies for Etihad passenger and freighter network on a defined portfolio of routes.
- Uses advanced RM systems and data analysis to drive critical decisions and maximize portfolio contribution.
- Ensures effective capacity utilization and addresses operational constraints.
Accountabilities
- Manage and control daily flight capacity for both freighters and passenger aircraft.
- Adjust capacity forecasts and set optimal overbooking levels through the live flight window.
- Prioritize shipments based on nature of goods, shipment contribution, and OBPL.
- Evaluate and implement recovery options during operational disruptions, ensuring appropriate rebooking.
- Optimize gateway usage and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Customer Service, and Sales.
- Evaluate and respond to capacity requests from EY Network beyond AUH, adhering to SLA standards.
- Manage truck schedules and adjust truck requests as needed.
- Analyze and provide recommendations to Network Planning team on feasibility of adhoc freighters and passenger capacity changes.
- Coordinate with Operation Control for short term aircraft changes.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 routes / 20 daily flights, developing, implementing and reviewing a revenue optimisation strategy.
- Define and maintain entry conditions in the RM system to achieve optimal balance between demand and capacity.
- Determine an allocation strategy for your portfolio and evaluate allocation requests during seasonal allocation reviews.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
