- UAE geographical knowledge

Synopsis
- To plan, control, and optimize Guest Transportation operations by translating demand into actionable capacity plans.
Accountabilities
- Plan & Forecast: Develop demand forecasts and optimized schedules.
- Operations Control: Monitor daily operations and resolve issues.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor performance and SLA compliance.
- Service & SLA Performance: Track KPIs and implement improvements.
- Guest Experience: Support consistent delivery of seamless experience.
- Liaise with internal & external customers.
- Risk & Disruption Management: Anticipate risks and coordinate response.
- Reporting & Insights: Produce and analyze operational reports.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and vendors.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or operational planning
- Experience in real time operations control and vendor coordination
- Aviation or mobility service environment experience preferred
- Knowledge of inhouse & outsource management for transportation
