- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well displayed and inventory is properly stocked
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit payments while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Utilize point of sale systems to track sales, manage inventory levels, and generate sales reports
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive, motivating work environment
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
- Assist in visual merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and arranging merchandise to highlight new arrivals and sales
