- Achieve assigned sales targets in the assigned outlet.
- Ensure the right mix of products are displayed in the assigned outlet.
- Implement customized marketing activities to promote secondary sales.
- Actively ensure slow moving items are promoted and sold off to ensure better inventory flow.
- Conduct market surveys as requested or as needs arise.
- Monitor competition activities and provide regular MIS to sales management.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or merchandising
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and product mix
