- Experience in retail sales management, preferably in premium or luxury goods

Job Summary
- The Retail Sales Manager drives multi showroom revenue growth and elevates the customer experience across Sealy's premium sleep galleries in the MENA region.
- You will oversee showroom operations, lead high performing teams of Sleep Consultants, and implement local sales strategies to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage and supervise showroom sales teams, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to exceed monthly targets.
- Recruit and onboard specialized Retail Sales Representatives, transforming them into expert 'Sleep Consultants'.
- Foster a performance driven culture focused on elite, consultative selling and sleep health education.
- Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising: Maintain high end visual appeal across showrooms, ensuring correct representation of premium lines like Posturepedic and Crown Jewels.
- Optimize inventory management and stock planning in coordination with our state of the art production facility in Jeddah.
- Oversee point of sale (POS) systems, accurate transaction processing, financial auditing, and white glove home delivery coordination.
- Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop regional sales plans and traffic driving initiatives to hit company goals across the MENA region.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), using sales data and analytics to adjust strategies and maximize retail floor conversion.
- Conduct market research and track competitor promotions to identify new bedding market opportunities.
