Freelance Backend Consultant (Part-Time)
I am looking for someone enthusiastic and committed to support backend HR consulting tasks on an hourly basis.
Ideal for people who want to transition to an office job over time from a retail or sales job.
This is something you can do on top of your full time job.
The role involves creating and improving internal people-management and administrative systems for growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and refine job descriptions for various roles
- Develop KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks
- Write and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Assist with organizational structure and workflow documentation
- Support HR process development
- Provide general backend operational and administrative consulting
Requirements
- Freshers can apply
- Strong written English and Arabic skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work in person and virtually
Compensation
- USD 10 per hour
- Note: this is not a full time job
