Full Job Description
Vodafone Qatar is a leading provider of mobile and digital services.
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers in-store, provide product recommendations, and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and service inquiries
- Promote mobile plans, devices, and telecom services
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications or electronics retail
- Familiarity with sales targets and KPIs
- Experience using POS systems
