- Manage the end to end product lifecycle for customer facing mobile money app, merchant interfaces, and back office tools
- Implement a digital product vision and roadmaps that address today’s business needs & future growth
- Liaise and support the technical team to manage the platform performance, upgrades and other modifications
- Be the champion for customer experience and ensure a clear differentiator in the delivered customer journey
- Spot trends and best practices across industries & provide inputs to improve current user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field
- Min. 5 years of B2B or B2C product delivery experience, setting and executing product vision
- Experience of product delivery in mobile financial services or the banking vertical will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly being able to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences
- Strong track record of creating and delivering product strategies
- Ability to build strong working relationships across wide and varied business areas
- Effective budget ownership and management
- Experience of successfully managing suppliers and vendors
