- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Overview
- The Retail Sales Associate, under the direction of the Retail Experience Lead, is primarily responsible for greeting customers and providing guidance on where they may find items within the store.
- The Retail Sales Associate understands their role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers.
- Retail Sales Associates will generate sales, advise customers on the use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products and accessories.
- This role will participate in merchandising and promotional activities and must always maintain a high level of customer service.
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide guidance on where they may find items within the store.
- Provide award winning customer service; build quality relationships with customers, suggest new services, and remind them of upcoming events.
- Generate sales.
- Advise customers on the use and care of accessories and provide advice concerning specialized products or services.

Education, Training & Experience
