Assist customers, support sales activities, and maintain an organized retail environment.
The role requires good communication, product awareness, and a positive customer-service approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection and questions.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or missing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and sales-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and busy retail environment.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
