Provide professional service while following airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries.
- Provide information about airport services and procedures.
- Support passenger service and baggage-related activities.
- Follow airport safety and security procedures.
- Coordinate with airline, ground handling, and airport teams.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient passenger area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
