The Role
Support day-to-day retail operations, administration, reporting, inventory coordination, customer service, and cross-functional business processes.
The position is full-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team and coordinate retail activities.
- Maintain records of stores, products, inventory, sales, and operational activities.
- Prepare reports, summaries, spreadsheets, management presentations, and KPI monitoring updates.
- Coordinate product availability, inventory, stock movements, replenishment, deliveries, transfers, and fulfillment.
- Support launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, retail initiatives, and operational projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and external service providers.
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, operational issues, purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, checklists, trackers, and retail-system information.
- Support policies, standards, audits, compliance checks, training materials, and process documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, analyze feedback, monitor trends, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
