Role Description
Retail Operations Assistant supporting daily retail activities, administrative coordination, records management, and operational standards.
The role supports stores, warehouse teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and coordinate store-related activities.
- Assist with inventory monitoring, stock movement, replenishment, and inventory records.
- Maintain operational documents, reports, sales records, and administrative data.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouse teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and operational issues.
- Support the preparation of sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Follow up on operational requests, discrepancies, and outstanding issues.
- Assist with retail procedures, guidelines, and operational standards.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, stock transfers, and other retail initiatives.
- Identify operational issues and communicate relevant information to the appropriate teams.
- Perform general administrative and coordination duties for the retail operations team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
