Role Description
Support and optimize daily procurement processes and ensure efficient purchasing operations.
Coordinate suppliers and internal teams while monitoring orders, deliveries, data, and process improvements.
Procurement Operations
- Manage day-to-day procurement operations and purchasing workflows.
- Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, lead times, deliveries, and order requirements.
- Maintain supplier, product, pricing, purchase order, and procurement records.
- Review procurement documents, invoices, quotations, and order details for accuracy.
Reporting and Improvement
- Monitor procurement performance, spending, order fulfillment, and supplier activities.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, dashboards, and operational updates.
- Identify discrepancies, process gaps, delays, and operational risks and coordinate resolutions.
- Support supplier onboarding, documentation, system updates, and supplier information management.
- Improve procurement efficiency, cost control, data accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.
- Support new procurement processes, systems, and operational initiatives.
