- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable

Job Overview
- Al Boom Marine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail HRBP to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Acting as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the retail division.
- Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes and initiatives across the retail sector.

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, with significant experience in the retail industry.
- In depth knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and proficiency in HRIS systems.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi national organisation.
