- Lead the roll out, execution, and management of Retail Financial Benchmarking systems across the region
- Perform in depth financial analysis including P&L and balance sheet evaluation
- Drive business performance insights, identifying opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and profitability
- Manage financial data collection, reporting, and benchmarking processes
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and business partners
- Deliver management reports, presentations, and profitability forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales, aftersales, and finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA highly preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in automotive, retail finance, or consulting
- Strong understanding of luxury automotive or retail business models
- Expertise in financial analysis, benchmarking, and business planning
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Results driven, proactive, and commercially minded
