Contract : 3 Months ( Extendable)A Retail Design Coordinator supports the planning, design, and execution of retail store layouts and visual concepts. The goal is to ensure stores are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & PlanningAssist in creating store layouts, floor plans, and 3D conceptsCoordinate with architects, designers, and contractorsAdapt global brand guidelines to local store formatsStore DevelopmentSupport new store openings, refurbishments, and rolloutsEnsure designs are implemented correctly on-siteTrack timelines and progress of projectsVisual & Brand ComplianceMaintain consistent brand identity across storesReview fixtures, materials, signage, and displaysWork closely with VM (Visual Merchandising) teamsProject CoordinationManage design documentation (drawings, BOQs, specs)Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, procurement)Monitor budgets and vendor deliverablesVendor & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and contractorsReview quotations and technical submissionsEnsure quality and cost efficiencyRequired SkillsKnowledge of retail design principles & space planningSoftware: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (common in UAE roles)<
