- Assist visitors with navigation and wayfinding within the space
- Support customers with general inquiries and information
- Coordinate with the Handsfree Shopping team when required
- Ensure every guest receives a friendly, professional, and engaging experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work on site at Mirdif City Centre, Dubai
- Ability to work 9 hour shifts including 1 hour break, 5 days per week on rotational basis
