- Administer and support Temenos Transact (T24) environments across DEV, UAT, PRD, and DR
- Manage platform availability, performance, reliability, and operational stability
- Perform configuration, tuning, troubleshooting, and administration of TAFJ and/or TAFC runtime environments
- Support T24 Web Layer, middleware integrations, and interfacing applications
- Handle user security administration, patch deployment, and access controls
- Manage COB/EOD batch operations and ensure business continuity
- Monitor infrastructure capacity and conduct proactive performance optimization
- Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis
- Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR), backup, RPO, and RTO controls
- Support change management and deployment activities across environments
- Ensure compliance with SLA, MTTR, audit, security, and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and governance processes
Requirements
- Experience administering Temenos Transact (T24) environments
- Knowledge of TAFJ and/or TAFC runtime environments
- Experience with COB/EOD batch operations
- Incident management and problem resolution skills
