- Be the first point of contact with the homeowner after a disaster (fire, flood, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters and company partners
- Complete site documentation (e.g., photos, R24, Docusketch) and submit files to internal departments
- Send scope information and job details to the Estimating Department
- Ensure smooth hand-offs to mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams
- Keep homeowners informed throughout the entire process
- Follow up with departments to keep jobs on track and ensure timelines are met
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional file closure
- A natural communicator who’s calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized—you never miss a step
- Comfortable in homes with damage, including after hours when on call
- Able to manage multiple files, tasks, and conversations at once
- A driver of action—able to follow up, push teams, and meet timelines
- Valid driver’s license
- Project management experience (Restoration, insurance, or construction a strong asset)
- Experience with documentation and reporting tools (R24, Docusketch, CRMs, etc.)
- Comfortable using mobile apps, cloud-based systems, and email daily
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
