- Be the first point of contact with the homeowner after a disaster (fire, flood, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters and company partners
- Complete site documentation (photos, R24, Docusketch, etc.) and submit files internally
- Send scope information and job details to the Estimating Department
- Ensure smooth hand-offs to mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams
- Keep homeowners informed throughout the entire process
- Follow up with departments to keep jobs on track and timelines moving
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Support senior team members on complex or high-volume files
- A natural communicator who’s calm under pressure
- Organized and detail-oriented—you stay on top of moving parts
- Eager to learn the restoration process from the ground up
- Comfortable in damaged homes and working flexible hours when on call
- Able to manage multiple files and conversations at once
- Coachable and motivated to grow into a senior-level role
- Valid driver’s license
- 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience (restoration, construction, insurance an asset)
- Comfortable using mobile apps, cloud-based systems, CRMs, and email
- Experience using industry software such as Xactimate, Symbility, Encircle, or Docusketch is considered an asset
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Restoration industry experience considered an asset but not required
