Role Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The role oversees daily restaurant operations, front-of-house teams, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house teams, coordinate shifts, and monitor staff performance.
- Support food and beverage quality control and health and safety compliance.
- Address guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Train and coach team members to maintain service standards.
- Assist with inventory and ordering.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to optimize service flow.
- Report operational issues to management.
- Remain actively present during operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and shift coordination.
