The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The role oversees daily restaurant operations and food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, manage shifts, and maintain consistent service quality.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve guest issues.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team supervision.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.
- Track performance metrics, manage inventory, and assist with budgeting.
- Collaborate on promotions and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, customer satisfaction, and communication skills.
- Experience with food and beverage operations, menu understanding, and service standards.
- Two to five years of experience.
- Experience hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality management experience is required.
- Upscale dining experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic budgeting, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is advantageous.
