Role Overview
Oversee daily fine-dining floor operations and lead the front-of-house team.
Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards across GCC locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary is SAR 3,500 to 4,000 based on knowledge and skills.
- Benefits include shared accommodation, transportation, and one duty meal.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead floor operations, section allocations, and service pacing during every shift.
- Welcome VIPs, resolve complaints, and handle special requests professionally.
- Conduct pre-service briefings on specials, allergen management, reservations, and service expectations.
- Coach team members on service techniques, menu knowledge, upselling, and brand standards.
- Manage table allocations, walk-ins, and reservations while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
- Enforce uniform, grooming, hygiene, regulatory, and brand standards.
- Assist with shift reporting, cover tracking, and team performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in upscale dining, including 1–2 years in leadership, preferably in the GCC.
- Hospitality degree or diploma and GCC food hygiene certification are preferred.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Understanding of GCC cultural etiquette and hospitality values is required.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused temperament are required.
