The role focuses on premium mocktails, zero-proof beverages, flavor innovation, high-end presentation, and guest hospitality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary is SAR 2,300 to SAR 2,800 based on knowledge and skills.
- Benefits include a free duty meal, shared accommodation, and transportation to and from work.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare premium mocktails and zero-proof drinks according to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Create house-made syrups, infusions, shrubs, and fresh garnishes to maintain consistent flavor profiles.
- Operate juicers and blenders for fresh juices and batch drink bases before high-volume shifts.
- Apply precise ice cuts, select proper glassware, and execute garnishes for high-end visual appeal.
- Maintain HACCP standards, monitor temperatures, log safety data, and prevent allergen cross-contamination.
- Sanitize tools between builds and maintain a clean, organized bar area through daily deep cleaning.
- Track inventory using FIFO, manage ingredient shelf life, and complete shift checklists.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar, upscale restaurant, or beverage environment.
- Strong grasp of flavor balancing, foundational mixology techniques, and current zero-proof beverage trends.
- Excellent communication skills, an energetic hospitality focus, and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
