Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized to support the culinary team.
Maintain high hygiene standards throughout food preparation and service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and dry cookware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Clean floors and counters and deep-clean ovens, fryers, grills, and other heavy equipment.
- Empty waste bins, sort garbage and recyclables, and maintain disposal areas.
- Organize pot racks, prep tables, and dry and cold storage areas.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely while following safety protocols and wearing PPE.
- Clear prep stations during service and maintain a supply of clean cookware.
- Complete end-of-shift kitchen closing and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen stewarding experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates willing to learn are welcome.
- Follow chemical-handling instructions, HACCP hygiene rules, and kitchen safety guidelines.
- Be reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
- Stand for long shifts and handle heavy cookware in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is SAR 1,500 per month.
- Shared accommodation, transportation, and one duty meal are provided.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
