Role Overview
Daikan Ramen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor.
The role assists with daily restaurant operations and maintaining high-quality guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee staff performance during shifts and provide guidance to support service delivery.
- Monitor guest experience and address issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in training new staff on service standards, menu items, and processes.
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift management for adequate coverage.
- Track inventory and assist with ordering supplies and managing stock.
- Ensure adherence to food-service health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report operational performance, customer feedback, and staff performance to upper management.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service and professional complaint-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food-service health and safety regulations.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
