Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operation within the assigned outlet or service area
- Coordinate opening, closing and shift handover procedures
- Allocate stations and responsibilities based on operational requirements
- Monitor the restaurant floor and ensure timely, attentive and professional service
- Support the team during busy service periods and assist with guest service when required
- Ensure colleagues are familiar with menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions and service procedures
- Guide the team in recommending menu items, beverage pairings and suitable alternatives to guests
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
- Train, coach and support new and existing team members
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation, organisation and readiness
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, fire, health and safety requirements
- Monitor operating supplies, equipment and stock levels to reduce waste
Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in a restaurant, clubhouse, hotel or similar F&B environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior service position
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant service procedures, beverages and cashiering
- Experience with point of sale systems and basic inventory control
- Good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and workplace health and safety requirements
- Strong guest service and complaint handling skills
- Ability to lead, guide and motivate a diverse operational team
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Our Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for a confident and service driven Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the Clubhouse Restaurant and support the delivery of a consistent and welcoming dining experience.
- The ideal candidate will be hands on, attentive and comfortable leading a team during busy periods.
- They will have a strong understanding of food and beverage service, the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and the confidence to maintain service, hygiene and operational standards throughout each shift.
- This role requires someone who leads from the floor, supports colleagues and takes ownership of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Train, coach and support new and existing team members through daily briefings and on the job training.
- Monitor colleague performance and address service or conduct concerns promptly.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation, organisation and readiness throughout the operation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 2 Years Experience working in a restaurant, clubhouse, hotel or similar food and beverage environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior service position.
- Strong working knowledge of restaurant service procedures, beverages and cashiering.
- Experience with point of sale systems and basic inventory control.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Strong guest service and complaint handling skills.
- Ability to lead, guide and motivate a diverse operational team.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage several operational priorities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
