Role Description
Oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, and ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and service.
- Assign tasks, manage staff schedules, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special customer requests.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering.
- Ensure billing, cash handling, and POS procedures are followed correctly.
- Train and guide staff on service standards and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and support busy periods, events, and special functions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
