Role Description
Prepare and serve beverages while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks to company standards.
- Take orders, recommend drinks, and assist with menu selections.
- Ensure accurate and attractive beverage presentation.
- Maintain bar, equipment, and work area cleanliness.
- Monitor stock and assist with restocking supplies and ingredients.
- Check ingredient and product quality and freshness.
- Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily bar operations.
- Support the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and basic mixology techniques.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and product knowledge.
