- Manage all front of house and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently maintained
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate restaurant staff
- Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and productivity
- Drive sales performance and achieve financial targets
- Maintain food quality, service standards, and operational procedures
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu initiatives and special events
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
- Previous experience in Italian, Mediterranean, or upscale casual dining preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage financial performance and operational KPIs
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and scheduling software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary
- Seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Ideal candidate will have a strong background in full service restaurant management, preferably within Italian or upscale casual dining concepts.
