- Oversee day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop front of house team members
- Manage employee schedules, labor costs, and staffing requirements
- Monitor restaurant performance and achieve sales and profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control initiatives
- Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
- Implement operational procedures and company standards
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of restaurant management experience in a full service dining environment
- Experience in Indian, Asian, or high volume casual dining concepts preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and control operational costs
- Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, inventory controls, and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
