Lead daily fine-dining front-of-house operations and elevate the guest experience in Riyadh.
Serve as the face of the brand while coordinating front-of-house and kitchen teams for premium service.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete guest journey from arrival to departure, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Direct floor flow, reservation pacing, table allocations, and special event setups.
- Lead, schedule, and train a diverse front-of-house team through briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Track covers, revenue, and spend per head while coordinating upselling strategies with the Head Chef.
- Maintain communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams regarding service pace, dietary restrictions, and VIP demands.
- Enforce local health, safety, regulatory, and brand standards.
- Cultivate relationships with VIPs, regulars, and the local community to build brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in upscale food and beverage or hotels, including 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Lead.
- Experience managing multicultural teams is required; GCC experience is preferred.
- A Hospitality or Business degree is preferred.
- A valid food safety certification is required.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong leadership, cultural sensitivity, and understanding of Gulf guest expectations are required.
