- Lead day to day outlet operations, ensuring top tier service standards

- Oversee menu engineering and stay aligned with global trends
- Manage P&L performance, food cost control, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Benchmark and maintain competitive service and product standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end or sports themed dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Forbes service standards
- Experience in opening new restaurant concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage P&L, food cost, and inventory
- Fluency in English
