- Lead the pre opening, launch, and ongoing operation of the restaurant
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Drive business performance, revenue growth, and profitability through commercial strategies
- Ensure Forbes standard guest experiences are consistently delivered
- Recruit, train, develop, and inspire a high performing multicultural team
- Develop and execute innovative promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
- Oversee menu engineering and collaborate with culinary team on concept development and profitability
- Manage P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, safety, and quality standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage
- Foster a positive team culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with resort leadership to achieve business objectives and brand standards
Requirements
- Experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Knowledge of Forbes standards or luxury hospitality

Overview
- We're launching a brand new sports themed restaurant at JA The Resort and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the opening, build a high performing team, and drive operational excellence from day one.
- As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance of our new sports themed restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful pre opening, launch, and ongoing operation of the restaurant.
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Drive business performance, revenue growth, and profitability through effective commercial strategies.
