The Smokin’ GUN is getting ready to fire up, and we’re looking for a dynamic female Restaurant Manager to be at the heart of the action.

Leadership Scope
- Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Inspire, train, and mentor a diverse team of FOH and BOH staff
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards
- Represent the restaurant externally and uphold the brand’s premium reputation
What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-end steakhouse, fine dining, or luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, service excellence, and financial management
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and leading by example
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with launching new restaurants is a strong advantage
