Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager, referred to in the description as the Outlet Manager, is responsible for maintaining a high level of guest service.
The role manages dining operations and restaurant employees, including managers.
Job Description
- Select, train, evaluate, schedule, motivate, coach, and discipline restaurant employees.
- Manage dining operations and maintain service standards.
- Handle guest, client, and group-contact complaints, concerns, and special requests.
- Control labour and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control.
- Attend operational meetings to coordinate with other departments.
- Process payroll and gratuity reports as required.
- Maintain food quality, ingredients, preparation standards, menus, and amenity options.
- Inspect restaurant facilities, equipment, bar setups, and service quality and recommend improvements.
- Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct.
