Role Overview
Oversee concierge desk operations and supervise a team in a luxury hotel environment.
Serve as a primary guest contact while providing information, recommendations, reservations, and exceptional service.
Team and Guest Service
- Ensure concierge team members are trained, knowledgeable, and equipped to assist guests.
- Provide guidance and support to the concierge team.
- Respond to guest questions about attractions, events, dining, and entertainment.
- Maintain current knowledge of local attractions and trends.
Reservations and Luggage Services
- Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tickets, and activity bookings based on guest preferences.
- Oversee guest luggage storage and delivery while maintaining security and professionalism.
Knowledge and Skills
- Three years of front office or related experience is preferred.
- Previous Opera PMS experience is preferred.
- Ability to establish rapport with guests is required.
- Strong written and spoken English is required.
- Service commitment, teamwork, attention to detail, and fast-paced working ability are required.
