- Oversee day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks
- Deliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation
- Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Asian cuisine offerings and menu excellence
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control initiatives
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and cost management
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Build strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
- Proven experience in Asian cuisine concepts is highly preferred
- Fluency in Indonesian, Malaysian, or Singaporean language is required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high end dining environment
- Strong knowledge of Asian dining service styles and culture is advantageous
- Currently based in UAE or willing to relocate

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 10,000
- Fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment

- 6 days off per month (subject to operational requirements)
Work Schedule
- This position follows an operational schedule based on luxury hospitality requirements. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Weekly days off are rotational.
