Overview

The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales and profitability targets, maintaining compliance with brand standards, and leading, developing, and motivating the restaurant team to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff to achieve high performance.

Drive sales growth and control labor, food, and operating costs.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Monitor inventory, staffing, and restaurant profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum university degree, Tourism & Hotels Management or Business Administration is highly
  • preferable.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position with a reputable international Quick Service
  • Restaurant chain:
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of the English language (reading, writing & speaking)
