Cashiering & Transactions

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Issue receipts and provide the correct change.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries about the menu, pricing, and promotions.
• Provide professional and friendly service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Address customer concerns and report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Support front-of-house operations as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, customer service, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-food restaurant or similar food and beverage environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Basic mathematics skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• English language proficiency.

Work Environment

• The role requires standing for extended periods.
• The role may require lifting light loads of up to 10 kg.
• The work environment includes regular interaction with customers and team members.
• The restaurant environment is fast-paced and requires speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
