Role Overview
The Restaurant Area Manager will oversee multi-unit fine-dining operations across Laysen Valley and Via Riyadh.
The role is responsible for financial performance, operational consistency, and guest satisfaction across assigned venues.
Responsibilities
- Direct multi-unit daily operations to maintain brand standards, service speed, and product quality.
- Monitor P&L statements, control labor and food costs, and maximize regional revenue.
- Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers through performance evaluations and leadership development.
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor law, and regulatory hygiene standards.
- Implement localized marketing and promotional strategies.
- Analyze regional sales data and operational metrics to identify gaps and execute improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the same position is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in upscale or multi-unit hospitality is required.
- At least 3–5 years of regional or multi-site management experience is required.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Advanced food safety management certifications are required.
- Exceptional business acumen and strong multi-unit leadership are required.
- Fluent English communication skills are required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the assigned restaurant locations in Laysen Valley and Via Riyadh.
