Role Overview
Provides administrative support to the restaurant management team and maintains records, reports, documentation, and daily administrative requirements.
Role focus is 80% administration and 20% restaurant operations support.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Restaurant Manager and restaurant team.
- Maintain records, files, forms, and operational documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist with payroll-related records and provide attendance information to HR.
- Handle data entry and keep systems and records accurate and up to date.
- Prepare purchase requests, invoices, delivery documents, and administrative paperwork.
- Track invoices, orders, deliveries, and pending documents.
- Coordinate with Head Office, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
- Maintain supplier and service provider records and assist with follow-ups.
- Prepare letters, memos, forms, and internal documents.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing and assist with audits.
Restaurant Operations Support
- Provide support to the restaurant team during busy periods when required.
