Role Overview
The Site and Logistics Coordinator provides on-site and logistical support to the Project Supervisor across active restaurant projects.
The position is primarily field-based and works under the direction of the Project Supervisor.
The role does not carry overall project management, technical approval, procurement decision, programme control, or contractor management responsibility.

Role Overview
The Site and Logistics Coordinator provides on-site and logistical support to the Project Supervisor across active restaurant projects.
The position is primarily field-based and works under the direction of the Project Supervisor.
The role does not carry overall project management, technical approval, procurement decision, programme control, or contractor management responsibility.
Work Arrangement
- The role requires regular travel between active project sites and supplier locations.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required, and a company vehicle will be provided for project and supplier-related travel.
- The role requires regular attendance at active construction sites.
Site and Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate supplier and contractor visits, delivery dates, delivery times, and site access requirements.
- Coordinate with landlords, malls, security, and site teams regarding access and deliveries.
- Attend supplier deliveries, check delivered materials against project information, photograph conditions, and report incorrect or damaged items.
