Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deploy advanced agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Lead multi-agent system architecture and enterprise integration.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Define Responsible AI practices across solution lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor teams on agentic AI design, orchestration, and deployment.
• Drive technical decisions across projects and teams.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and training.
• Evaluate performance and recommend scalability, accuracy, and compliance improvements.

Required skills and experience

• Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture expertise is required.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and SLMs, including fine-tuning, deployment, and enterprise integration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Visual Studio Code.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and governance policies.
• Knowledge of AI compliance and regulatory requirements.
• At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
• Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
