Aldibel L.L.C is seeking an experienced Resort Beach Operations Manager for a luxury beachfront property in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all beach related activities including water sports, equipment rentals, and special events
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Oversee inventory management of beach equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences
- Manage budgets and financial performance of beach operations
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for beach related incidents
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management with specific beach operations management
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent operational planning and execution skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- In depth knowledge of health and safety regulations for beach and water activities
- Experience in inventory management and equipment maintenance
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
